The four track EP kick starts with a tried and tested energy booster, ‘George Costanza’ has your attention from the off with it’s tight kick. A slick and intelligently arranged rhythm leads you in to the path of an irresistible groove that can not be avoided. Carrying the dance floor as it bounces its journey round the room, letting the ice cold hi hats doing their business. A track that seems to mature as each second passes by, a killer guitar acknowledges you when you reach the last third.

The man of many aliases Robert Dietz slips in undercover as R10 for the remix here, an infectious elastic bass line accompanied by a spaced out mood. Definitely one to set the vibe.
The remaining two records go under the same title ‘Fermi Paradox’ but two versions. The ‘Night Version’ is a stripped back affair, hypnotic rolls with a significant groove at the heart beat of the track. A cool voice sample, is the icing on the cake of this trip. The ‘Day Version’, as expected is slightly more lighter on its feet, lifting the atmosphere to round off the EP, with a dream like state. You can feel the potential moments that could be had soundtracked by this track. Both versions will be taking the fancy of minimal tastemakers and diggers.

The DGS guys have somewhat built a reputation for curious productions, but always urging you to move, and their first digital release is no different. George Costanza by name, Det Gode Selskab by nature…
