Oslo based collective & label, Det Gode Selskab hit launch with another extensive release this autumn.



The essential sampler will consist of 24 tracks split across several releases throughout the next period. You can expect a host of Norwegian talent, and artists that have inspired and influenced the DGS journey thus far. 

To initiate proceedings there will be a double single teaser release of sophisticated jazz gloop by Third Attempt, giving you a warm and inviting welcome to the string of releases. From an extremely young age Third Attempt made an instant impression on the Norwegian scene, and beyond, his smooth and tight productions maneuver between ambient, jazz, trip hop and house, and both are these tracks are a prime example of his genre bending studio work. "Hacking Jazz" boasts crisp drum work, futuristic yet nodding towards the nostalgic sounds and influences of the past. "Designer Breaks" rides an irresistible and funky groove that grips you and takes you down a path of luscious percussion textures and elements. 
 
This release inaugurates what is set to be an exciting project for the Det Gode Selskab collective as they explore further creative avenues, expanding their ideas and opportunities in the coming years, showcasing underground sounds yet simultaneously embracing movements of modern day society. The double header from Third Attempt will see the light of day on the 22nd of October.
